Harbour Island Properties is well established in Harbour Island since 2000. Our office - purchased in 2004 – is located in the Villa Via Hotel, next to the foyer.
We exclusively market properties in Harbour Island. We have an extensive portfolio of apartments, houses, moorings, hotel suites and the last remaining plots.
PJ Lemmer, our principal, has 15 years real estate experience. He started his first property business in 1993 after completing an Architectural Degree. PJ is married to Riana, an attorney and director of Malan Lourens Arendse Inc, Strand. They live in Andros on the estate. PJ is actively involved in Harbour Island and is a Trustee of the Andros Body Corporate, as well as a member of the Harbour Island Architectural and Environmental Committee.
Being a resident and closely involved in the development of the Estate over the years, along with PJ’s architectual background, gives us a unique advantage when advising prospective Buyers and Sellers on making sound and informed investment decisions.
